How It Works
Our three-person team arrive a few hours before the start of your ceremony to set up and test. We’ll re-cap the plan in case of any last minute changes and rehearse the essential details.
Your virtual guests can join your event through your personal password-protected web page. Once the stream ends, your video is available for download immediately!

A. Live Stream My Ceremony
Starting at $2,000
Your 60 minute live stream starts ~30 mins before you walk down the aisle; with a custom slideshow and/or pre-recorded video.
B. Stream My Ceremony & Reception
Starting at $4,000
Includes everything in Package A.
Your second 60 minute live stream begins with the entrance of the wedding-party, and allows your virtual guests to enjoy your speeches and interactive games.

Live produced three-camera video broadcast (multi-cam)
Professionally captured audio via shotgun microphone stands, mixed with in-house systems (where available)
Engagement photo reel, pre-recorded welcome video and/or thank you video (client submitted content)
Extras (A or B)
Add a fourth camera angle +$300 (includes additional videographer)
Add an extra hour +$300
Extended travel starting at +$50 (outside of the GTA)
C. Stream My Wedding - Premium
Starting at $8,000
In addition to live streaming both ceremony and reception, our additional re-cap video edits will capture the highlights of your entire day, and features additional behind-the-scenes and exclusive content not included in the live stream.

FAQs
Where can I stream from?
We provide flexible solutions to allow you to stream from anywhere with a reliable high-speed internet access and power supply.
While we prefer a fixed internet access point, we also provide mobile data via the TELUS/Bell 5G-LTE network.
Our packages include travel within the Greater Toronto Area, and we offer extended service in Ontario.
Can we just stream our wedding with my smartphone, laptop or tablet?
You have your wedding day to focus on; leave the live streaming part to us. Our dedicated videographers will keep you in-frame and in-focus and importantly keep your audience in the moment.
We want your friends and family enjoying the wedding, not missing it.
Your phone/laptop won't be able to capture clear audio and zoom in close enough to see everything you want to share.
Will my stream be private?
Yes! We’ll provide you with a password protected custom webpage where your family and friends can stream your ceremony.
You decide exactly who to share this link and password with.
Your wedding will be saved automatically, and available for download immediately after the wedding.
Can I use Facebook, Youtube or Instagram to live stream our wedding?
While we will recommend our preferred platform, we absolutely can stream to additional sites like Facebook or YouTube if you prefer.
Due to policies automatically enforced on many of these platforms, ads, interruptions and/or disconnects in the stream will likely occur if copy-written music is played or performed on these platforms.
